📅 Booking & Deposit Policy

Paws and Claws Mobile Farm

At Paws and Claws Mobile Farm, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe and engaging animal experiences. To ensure we can reliably deliver our services, the following booking policy applies:

🐾 Weekday Bookings (Monday–Friday)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all weekday bookings.

This is because our team members work full-time jobs alongside operating the mobile farm. When a weekday booking is confirmed, staff arrange annual leave or adjust work commitments in advance. The deposit helps protect against financial loss in the event of cancellation.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. 

Weekend Booking Policy (Saturday & Sunday)

Due to high demand for weekend events, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Saturday and Sunday bookings.

Weekend dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your total event balance.

Because Saturday and Sunday availability is limited and we often turn away other inquiries once a date is held, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.

All remaining balances and standard terms outlined in our general booking policy still apply.

📌 Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels.

If Paws and Claws Mobile Farm needs to cancel due to extreme weather, animal welfare concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided.
